All classes are 50 minutes in length. All students are asked to wear grip socks.

Mat Pilates- Monday 9 am. These two class are suitable for Pilates beginners and those that have experience, as exercises will be modified as required. We will move our spines in all directions, working on our control, range of motion , and strength. Max- 8people
DROP IN Reformer Beginners- Thursday at 9:30 am. This class is designed for beginners or those seeking a foundational introduction to the reformer. We will explore movements that engage the entire spine, utilizing the reformer's spring resistance. An ideal way to begin your pilates reformer journey! Limited to 4 participants. Clients must sign up online each week for a spot.
Reformer Beginners- Tuesday at 9:00am . This class is designed for those that wish to commit to a full session of beginners level reformer pilates. We will build on the previous weeks practice each week so your knowledge , understanding, and use of the reformer becomes more proficient. You will note how your movement changes over this time, and you become stronger and generally want more ! -Monday 5:15, Tuesday 8:30 am, Wednesday 5:15pm Designed for individuals with little to moderate reformer experience, this class focuses on the fundamentals while progressing through endurance, coordination, and strength. Limited to a maximum of 4 participants.

Mixed Equipment with reformer - Thursday 8:30am. This class incorporates additional larger equipment—the TOWER and the CHAIR. It focuses on transitioning between different apparatuses to help participants become familiar with each and understand the differences compared to using the reformer. It is ideal for those with reformer experience seeking to refresh and deepen their practice. The class is limited to a maximum of 4 participants.
