4 week Pilates Beginners Class - Mondays 9:30- 10:25am

Have you been curious about Pilates and what it is all about ? Do you want to free yourself of some daily aches and pains ? Have you been told by someone that your should check out Pilates for various reasons ? Have you been wanting to find a place where you can feel comfortable and start to learn about it without being a in a large group setting ? If so, then this may be the start up you need. A small group environment where we will delve into the teachings of this practice, the principles, how our spine moves, our core and how it can assist in our movements both on and off the mat. I know that you will walk away feeling more connected, more confident and stronger !

Start Date April 8th ends April 29th. Class size is limited to 7. No make up dates are available. Required to bring your own mat .

Thursday 9:30 am - Reformer Fundamentals( FULL)

Reformer Fundamentals-  this is a basic level reformer class that offers a full body workout. IT is beyond a beginners class as exercises are progressed from the basics. IT is a great place for those who still feel that that want to continue to work on the basics, have an injury, or are getting back to their reformer practice.

Reformer Essentials- this class is designed of those who have previous reformer classes experience and are looking for a full body workout through a faster pace, and the addition of more coordination and endurance to their exercises.

Mat Play - Don't ever underestimate the MAT work! It is so solid, and solidly difficult! We will use a variety of props in this class, add some standing BARRE like work and get ourselves moving! If you are also doing reformer this is a great complement!
