Strength & dynamic movement are vital for a life long practice, on and off the mat.
Carmen has been involved with yoga for over 15 years, having completed a number of teacher trainings and workshops around the globe. She approaches yoga mindfully, with a strong emphasis on current scientific principles (anatomy, biomechanics, strength) and how these contribute to movement on the mat. She also teaches yoga/movement workshops for the female pelvic floor, and offers private teachings for both general yoga and pelvic floor yoga.
Classes take place in Carmen's small home studio in beautiful St. Margaret's Bay, Nova Scotia.
